My name is Jason and I have created this site to help folks learn how to best use and care for their bodies. You will find interesting and helpful information in my living blog, which I will keep up-to-date with both current research and my present thoughts. (You will see a note at the bottom of each post noting when I last updated it.) The topics will range from my own exercises and self-care routines to reviews on health books and home exercise equipment to commentaries on recent health and longevity research and their implications on daily self-care habits. This endeavor in its totality can be considered a sort of adult physical education, a user’s manual for operating and maintaining your body which is grounded in science and reason.
